You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its security features or introduce malware. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate suspension of access and may lead to legal action for damages including recovery of investigation costs.
Accounts, Submissions or User Content
Where the site permits creation of an account or submission of feedback you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any content you submit must be your own work and must not infringe third-party rights. editionvixi reserves the right to remove or refuse any submission that it considers unsuitable without notice or liability.
Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use
All text, graphics, video demonstrations and course structures remain the exclusive property of editionvixi or its licensors. You may print or download single copies of individual pages for personal non-commercial study only. Any other reproduction, modification or public display requires prior written consent. The name editionvixi and associated logos are registered or unregistered trademarks and may not be used without permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The site may refer to third-party equipment manufacturers, software platforms or external training providers. Such references do not constitute endorsement or warranty. You access any third-party resources at your own risk and should review their separate terms and privacy policies before proceeding.
Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination
editionvixi aims to keep the site available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or terminate any part of the site or these terms at any time. Where changes materially affect existing users we will provide reasonable notice via the site or by email to registered users.
Disclaimers That Remain Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law
The site and all materials are provided on an as-is basis. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, editionvixi does not warrant that content will be error-free or meet your particular requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Proportionate Limitation of Liability
Subject to the preceding paragraph, the total liability of editionvixi arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to editionvixi in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise and covers indirect or consequential loss including loss of profits or data.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless editionvixi, its directors and staff against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from any content you submit.
Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain the right to refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to the small claims track where applicable.
Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. We may update these terms from time to time and the current version will always be displayed on this page.
